Your monthly rent at Giorgio includes access to all amenities, including the 24th-floor rooftop lounge, fitness studio with commercial-grade equipment, bike storage, parcel lockers, games room, and dog wash station. In-suite appliances, including your washer/dryer, are included. Utilities such as water, electricity and heating will be submetered.

Are the suites air-conditioned?

Yes. Each suite at Giorgio includes individually controlled air conditioning and heating, ensuring year-round comfort in every unit.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — Giorgio is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs with some breed and size restrictions. Please contact our leasing team for details about pet policies and deposits.

Is there parking available?

Surface and underground parking is available on-site. Giorgio also offers extensive bike storage, a car share program, and is located directly across from the Grand River LRT station for easy commuting without a vehicle.
